The University of Strathclyde

The University of Strathclyde was created in 1964 as Glasgow's second university. The institution was founded by combining joining the Royal College of Science and Technology with the Scottish College of Commerce.

Today the University of Strathclyde maintains an excellent reputation for sciences from it's centre in the red sandstone buidlings of the former Royal College of Science and Technology.
