I was born in 1945 in
Merryland St. Govan. Grew up at Paisley Road
Toll, went to Rutland Crescent Primary and
Bellahouston. Worked for Newalls Insulation Co.,
on Admiral street and also for the G.P.O. in Pitt
Street. I would love to hear from anyone who
remembers me, knows my old neighbourhood or who
would just like to 'talk'! I'm married to an
American off the Hunley and lived in Dunoon for a

between 1941 and 1950 lived in Trinley Rd in
Knightswood. I went to the Cloberhill school in
Knightswood.
I am going back to have a wee look in July of
this year, and would like to find the school and
our old house if they are still there.
I now live in New Zealand.

General on 20th December, 1951. I attended
Bellahouston Primary, then went on to
Bellahouston Academy. After studying at Glasgow
University and Stirling University, I lived for a
while in Germany. I have been a teacher in Hong
Kong for the past three years, following five
years in Tokyo. I haven't actually lived in
Glasgow since 1976, but still have family there.
I would be glad to hear from anyone who might

closes up from Marie Lawrie a.k.a. as Lulu )
lived in Sandyhills from 61-70. Attended St.Pauls
Tollcross from 61-65, then St.Mungos from 65-69.

live in St.Catharines Ont. working for G.M. Hope
